This isn’t your average peanut butter toast. It’s bold, fresh, and just the right amount of spicy. Creamy peanut butter meets crisp veggies and a bright hit of T-Rex Pineapple Sunshine Sauce — sweet, tangy, and just enough heat to wake things up.
Perfect for a quick lunch, snack, or brunch with attitude.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

2 slices of hearty bread, toasted or grilled

2–3 tbsp peanut butter (chunky or smooth — your call)

A few slices of cucumber

A few slices of red onion

Red chili (thinly sliced — adjust to your heat preference)

Fresh herbs like mint, Thai basil, or lemon verbena

Lime wedge

1–2 tbsp T-Rex Pineapple Sunshine Sauce
HOW TO MAKE IT:

Toast the bread until golden and crisp on the edges. A little grill char is a bonus.

Spread the peanut butter generously while the toast is still warm.

Top with sliced cucumber, red onion, and chili. Add a few herb leaves for freshness.

Drizzle with Pineapple Sunshine Sauce. Go light or heavy depending on how bold you’re feeling.
